Trane is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Sales Manager, committed to delivering business results and continually fostering employee engagement. You will manage the Service P&L for the Chesapeake, Virginia Sales Office location. You will also be the Sales Manager for the Services sales stream and provide leadership for Operations through a matrix management organizational structure.

Where is the work :

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Compensation : Base Salary : $150,000-180,000. Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
