Salary : $170k-220k

Overview : An emerging AI company in San Francisco is seeking a talented Founding Senior Engineer (Infrastructure) to help shape and build our foundational infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team to scale, refine, and optimize infrastructure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in our growth and success, driving key projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end scalability projects, ensuring robust performance as the company grows
• Develop, implement, and maintain infrastructure processes that support our expanding operations
• Define and meet infrastructure goals around monitoring, antifragility, and resilience
• Collaborate closely with the team, providing insights and support for distributed systems scaling
• Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of future infrastructure team members
