As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving business insights, improving operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven decisions that shape the future of our organization.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our finance team. In this role, you will provide analytical support, build financial models, and deliver data-driven insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Planning and Budgeting :

Support budgeting and forecasting for clinics and corporate G&A, identifying trends and variances to inform management decisions.

Analyze monthly corporate G&A expenses and provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency.

Collaborate with operations, clinical, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure financial plans align with business objectives.

Develop and monitor performance metrics for all clinics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
