Reporting to the City Commission, the City Manager advances Helena s Strategic Plan and delivers efficient, transparent, community-focused services. What You ll Do Champion high-performing, accountable teams and a culture of service. Drive smart growth, infrastructure investment, and fiscal stewardship. Build trusted relationships with the Commission, staff, partners, and residents. What You Bring Bachelor degree in public administration, business / finance, or related field (master s preferred). Seven+ years progressive local-government leadership; ICMA-CM preferred. Strength in budgeting, capital planning, labor relations, and community / economic development. Clear, inclusive communication and collaborative problem-solving.
