Summary

Hello! At Christian Fellowship Center in Chesapeake, Virginia, we strive to create a warm and safe environment that helps children grow physically, socially, emotionally, and cognitively. We're looking for someone who loves working with young children, has great communication skills, and is dedicated to ensuring that each child under their care has a positive learning experience.

We are currently looking for passionate preschool teachers to fill the following roles :

  • Lead Teacher
  • Assistant Teacher
  • Infant / Toddler Teacher
  • Preschool Teacher
  • After School Teacher
  • Full Time / Part Time

    • Duties

  • Develop and implement age appropriate curriculum
  • Provide for the physical safety and well-being needs of each child from arrival to departure
  • Maintain an open, friendly and cooperative relationship with each child, family and other
  • Attend training opportunities for professional and program development
  • Ensure licensing requirements are implemented

    • Requirements

  • Positive and reliable work ethic
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Meet / exceed licensing requirements including
  • Possess physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
  • TB Test
  • Background Check
  • Documentation of citizenship

    • Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Early childhood education or related field is preferred
