Procopio is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for our downtown San Diego office who will work directly with our firm’s Information Services (IS) team to provide excellent technical assistance and support to our team. In this role, you will act as the primary interface with end users when investigating and resolving problems and will provide first-line technical support for hardware and software applications (both deskside and virtually for desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and conference rooms). This position will be hybrid remote (3 days in office minimum) after an initial 90 day training period.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Windows and Mac OS operating systems, proficiency with Android and iOS (iPhones) systems, familiarity with conference room audio visual equipment and meeting software (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Webex), a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration, and an understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP). 3+ years of experience and an Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) are also a plus.

The firm offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range is from $67,000 - $73,000 annually depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance.
