About the Role

Rusty Rail Brewing Company is looking for personable, professional Events Bartenders to join our Banquets & Events Team. Our bartenders play a central role in creating exceptional guest experiences during weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. This position includes both bartending and food service duties to ensure smooth and attentive service throughout each event.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional manner

Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume event setting

Serve food items as part of plated or buffet service when needed

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines

Set up, stock, and break down bar and service areas before and after events

Handle cash or ticket transactions accurately when required

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and assist with event cleanup

Requirements

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and event hours (schedule varies week to week)

Must be 21+ years of age

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Strong customer service and teamwork abilities

Dependable, professional, and friendly demeanor

Prior bartending or serving experience preferred, but training provided
