Job descriptionBuild positive rapport with clients through routine contact Assist with program setup and closing (meals, toiletries, laundry, cleaning) Serve meals and conduct intake and wellness screenings Respond to client needs, de-escalate crises, resolve conflicts, and enforce program rules Complete documentation (activity sheets, reports, incident reports) Support care coordination tasks (referrals, residency forms) Collaborate with volunteers and partner agencies Participate in team meetings and quality improvement activities Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of social services experience, OR HS Diploma / equivalent + 2 years of social services experience, OR HS Diploma / equivalent + 5 years of work experience Experience with vulnerable populations, addiction, and mental illness Familiarity with DC Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Knowledge of homelessness-related issues and trauma-informed care Commitment to diversity and inclusion Strong cultural competence and communication skills Crisis management and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Ability to lift 25 lbs

- ???? Schedule : Saturday and Sunday (8-hour shifts) 7am-4pm will be determined by hiring manager so flexibility is highly encouraged
- ???? Hourly Rate : $21.00hr-$22.50hr based on experience???? Status : Part-Time, Non-Exempt
