The Crossroads Group is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to assist with business submission and client service requests splitting support between dedicated support for their lead advisor and shared support across the team. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, organized, a resourceful problem-solver and collaboration-focused.
Applicants should have Microsoft Office proficiency, as well as computer aptitude to learn proprietary software programs quickly. Knowledge of Insurance and Financial Industry is a plus, as the candidate will help collect and process new business from application to completion, while adhering to strict compliance procedures.
This role is Full-Time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.), and is located on site in our Indianapolis office.
Responsibilities :
- Submit client applications and proactively monitor business in progress to ensure timely follow-through
- Communicate effectively with underwriting and review teams to support seamless case progression
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests with professionalism and care
- Document all client-related activities and updates in the CRM system with precision
- Anticipate needs and provide strategic support to busy advisors across the practice
- Build genuine and positive rapport with existing clients and prospects, reinforcing trust and long-term engagement
- Schedule annual review appointments
- Oversee scheduling and time management to optimize advisor availability
- Track advisor licenses, renewals, and company appointments to maintain regulatory alignment
- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Demonstrate accountability and follow through on assigned responsibilities
- Provide back-up coverage to fellow administrative tea members as needed to maintain continuity and service excellence
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Candidate qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of professional administrative experienceExceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonalStrong organizational abilities with proven multi-tasking capabilityProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Comfortable with Zoom, Teams, and CalendlyExperience using CRM systems requiredTechnologically adept with a solid understanding of digital workflowsPrior experience in insurance, investments, or banking preferredAdditional Desired Skills / Traits :
