NOSC Analyst Lead

A company is looking for a NOSC Analyst Lead (Overnight) to provide technical support and oversight for FCC systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

Monitor the enterprise infrastructure and coordinate incident resolution

Engage support teams and maintain documentation for issues and resolutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience

Active CompTIA A+ certification or higher within 6 months of hire

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management solutions

Ability to provide rotating site support (24x7) in a high-paced environment
