Travel Requirements :
The Operations Associate in the Heritage is required to travel occasionally to regional branches and vendor locations to oversee operations and ensure compliance with company standards.

Minimum Education :

Minimum Years Of Work Experience :
Minimum of two years of professional experience in a supervisory or assistant management capacity within a warehouse environment, preferably within the pool or a comparable industry, is required.

2. Leadership and Team Supervision : Proven ability to guide and manage warehouse personnel, including drivers, through effective training and task delegation to enhance team productivity and achieve operational objectives.
3. Operational Efficiency : Skilled in overseeing daily warehouse activities and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, thus supporting smooth logistical workflows.
4. Communication Proficiency : Strong verbal and written communication skills utilized to foster productive interactions with team members, vendors, and customers, enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Technical and Computer Literacy : Adept at navigating and utilizing various software tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as ERP systems, to streamline operations and maintain organized records.
6. Organizational and Detail Orientation : Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring an accurate order process and cycle counts, and maintaining a minimal error rate in operational tasks.
