Are you ready to lead with purpose?
Do you live and breathe safety? Can you connect day-to-day maintenance actions to broader business goals? Are you energized by coaching people, embedding operating systems, and turning data into continuous improvement?
The challenge
- Own the Site Safety Program—ensure policies are followed, elevate wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives, and keep 5S standards sharp across the site.
- Bridge strategy and execution—help the team understand why changes matter, then guide the rollout of new processes and procedures.
- Be a culture multiplier—lead daily execution with leadership competencies aligned to our ATS culture; model self-motivation and emotional intelligence.
- Grow people—manage performance, create development pathways, and provide one-on-one coaching focused on career planning, training, and skill development.
- Drive results—embed the Operating System; partner with the Site Manager to measure and report maintenance KPIs, perform root cause analyses, execute actions, and remove barriers to continuous improvement.
- Communicate with customers—escalate priorities, surface issues, and report equipment status to strengthen a positive, profitable relationship.
- Control the work—help manage labor, overtime, and material consumption; approve any overtime; review work orders and schedules; find and fix execution gaps.
- Lead the room—conduct and participate in team meetings as an influential voice.
Your impact
You’ll create a safer workplace, a stronger team, and a more reliable operation—linking daily maintenance performance to business outcomes the customer can see and value.
