Mainframe Developer

Job Descriptio n

• Responsible for analysis, programming and implementation of changes in diverse mainframe-based applications.
• Ability to unit test and integration test all the changes effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with other programmers.
• Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from subject matter expert. Minimum.
• Technical Requirements are Programming experience with COBOL LE, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and Online / Batch programming.
• Programming experience with MQ using CICS / Cobol and Batch / Cobol. Strong background on IBM MQ / IBM WBE Experience with DB2 Stored Procedure a Plus.
• Strong skills in using File Manager and IBM Debug Tool.
• Years of experience required : 5-7
