This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : As soon as possible - 05 / 01 / 2026, Scheduled Clinical Hours Only, Office hours are 8-5 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 9-6 Tuesdays. There is a lab in office that is open 8-12pm
• Patients per day : 18, youngest patient is 13
• Practice Setting : Outpatient, Telehealth
• Scope : General Primary care cases
• State Licensure : Willing to license
• Credentialing timeframe : 60 - 90 Days
