Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description

Helion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Coordinator to join our team in Horse Cave, KY. This position plays a key role in driving equipment reliability, optimizing preventive maintenance programs, and supporting a lean, hands-on maintenance team.

If you enjoy balancing time on the floor with time in the office — organizing PM schedules, tracking work orders in SAP, and helping lead maintenance activities — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in daily maintenance turnover meetings and communicate priorities clearly to the team.
• Manage and adjust preventive maintenance (PM) schedules in SAP , ensuring tasks and work orders are properly tracked, closed, and updated.
• Coordinate and delegate maintenance activities with technicians to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for tools, spare parts, and consumables.
• Partner with the Maintenance Lead and Controls Engineer to reduce unplanned downtime and improve asset performance.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reliability, safety, and equipment uptime.
