Job description

Job Title : Physical Therapist – Make an Impact in Home Health ($8,000 Retention Bonus!)

Company : Home Health Care, Inc.

Location : Twin Cities Metro area

Compensation : $100,000 - $200,000 annually + $8,000 Retention Bonus!

Successful applicants will email Nikky at with a few lines about their clinical experience and goals in home health.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide evaluations and therapeutic treatments in-home
  • Set realistic goals with patients and monitor progress

  • Communicate regularly with care team members

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in MN
  • Strong time management and adaptability
  • Reliable transportation and documentation skills
  • Home health experience preferred but not required
