We're searching for an enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences, one swim stroke at a time!

Your Role : Part Instructor, Part Cheerleader, All Hero As a Swim Teacher , your mission is to create a positive, safe, and fun learning environment where students gain confidence in the water. You'll do this by :

  • Bringing the Energy : Greet every student with excitement, making lessons something they look forward to.
  • Teaching the Basics and Beyond : Guide students using fun and effective methods to master life-saving swim skills.
  • Cheering Them On : Communicate regularly with parents, celebrate milestones, and offer tips to keep the progress going at home.
  • Being a Safety Champion : Keep the facility and learning environment safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.
  • Sharing the Love : Get to know Diventures' swim programs inside and out to inspire and guide families through their aquatic journey.
