IT Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Systems & IT Operations Specialist to join their DevOps team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day IT support, ticket management, and employee onboarding / offboarding processes

Administer Google Workspace, MDM platforms, and endpoint security, while overseeing IT asset lifecycle

Collaborate on security and compliance efforts, maintaining documentation and improving IT processes

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in IT Support or System Administration roles

Strong understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS & GCP

Proficient in Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems

Experience with Google Workspace, endpoint security solutions, and MDM tools

Familiarity with MFA and SAML protocols for access control implementation
