Job description

Title : Sr Salesforce Dev

Location : Coppell TX (Onsite Mon Thurs)

Key job responsibilities

  • Architect and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration patterns and other Salesforce technologies
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems
  • Implement and maintain CI / CD practices for Salesforce deployments
  • Optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience in Service and Sales Cloud environments
  • Expert-level knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce (plus)
  • Excellent experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0)

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, Application Architect, AI Specialist)
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and simultaneously manage multiple medium-to-large projects
  • Is able to work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Has impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
