Position Overview
K18 is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to oversee sales activities within a designated North East region of North America. The BDM will be responsible for achieving sales targets through distributor partners' sales teams, developing and executing regional sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction within K18's salon and stylist communities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong industry sales background with a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, enviable interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new salon partners, bringing our innovation and education-first approach to professionals across the country.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, leveraging your creativity and business acumen to drive growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Salary Range : up to $115k in USD
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as : experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
