At Folino Estate, we believe every guest interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting memory. We're seeking a warm, welcoming, and service-driven Wine Educator to provide exceptional hospitality during tastings and winery visits. In this role, you'll guide guests through our wines and story, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure each experience is engaging and memorable. You'll also assist with daily operations, support special events, and promote wine sales, merchandise, and wine club memberships.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of wines and wine service preferred.
• Strong communication skills
• Must be dependable, reliable, and motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• A team player and possess a "can do" attitude.
• Highly motivated, independent, and able to take direction well.
• High level of customer service skills
• Ability to listen and communicate with all guests and team members.
• Should be outgoing, friendly and enjoy interacting with people.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
