The Senior Policy Analyst will provide the Agency's front integration office with strategy, policy analysis, business process improvement, communications, and project management support. The Senior Policy Analyst serves as the client's primary point of contact and is charged with developing plans, policies, guidance, procedures, and other materials to reach the Agency's goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with strategic planning and implementation, project planning and tracking, and process design. Duties may include, but are not limited to :

Policy Analysis

• Become a subject matter expert in the specific policies applicable to the customer.
• Research and track policy issues, proposals, and legislative provisions in development.
• Analyze policy issues for potential implications to the Agency and its program(s) and make recommendations.
• Serve as a thought leader for the team in policy analysis discussions.
• Provid e technical assistance and / or act as liaison between customers and federal government, staff, partners, and stakeholders in the program policy arena .

Compensation :

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $80,000 - $130,000 / year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. SRE considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Additionally, SRE adheres to all state and federal requirements regarding salary to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of SRE's total compensation package for employees.

Work Environment :

The primary work location of this position is Washington D.C. Metro area, remote work is allowed but not guaranteed. If you live outside the commutable area, travel expenses are not reimbursed to the primary work location.
