Job descriptionDesign and implement solutions to complex applied problems in healthcare data Stay informed on the latest developments in machine learning and integrate them into technology Collaborate with engineers and scientists to enhance the technology stack Contribute to the culture and growth of the organization Generate real-world evidence using data from Electronic Health / Medical Records Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, or a related field Proficiency in Python and SQL Experience with common machine learning frameworks and libraries Proven ability to apply machine learning models to large, complex datasets Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Advanced degree in biostatistics, econometrics, machine learning, or a related field Experience generating real-world evidence from electronic medical record (EMR) data Familiarity with machine learning-based entity resolution, especially in healthcare Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and / or Large Language Models (LLMs) Previous experience in a startup environment
