Overview

Job Title : Manager, Merchandise Financial Planning — UGG. Reports to : Sr. Director Demand Planning (UGG). Location : United States (Remote). Interested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states : Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Lead Merchandise Financial Planners to define and lead multi-season Merchandise Financial Plans for the UGG NA marketplace.
• Set long-range financial plans based on consumer demand and brand commercial strategies; reconcile assortment plans with merchandise financial plans to align to consumer architecture.
• Inform franchise / style plans, financial forecasts and end-to-end inventory forecasts, including liquidation plans across channels.
• Collaborate across channels with Merch Planning and Sales Planning to reconcile top-down and bottom-up forecasts (“middle out”) and communicate results with cross-functional and leadership teams.
• Create and pre-season planning and forecasting for future merchandise forecasts by department, class, channel and country based on historical sales, recurring buys, and projected EOP inventory levels.
• Establish systematic methods / tools to monitor stock-to-sale ratios and sales trend data to develop forecasts by product category, line, brand, and locations.
• Incorporate financial reporting and budget requirements into merchandise plans and recommendations.

What We’ll Give You

$125,000 – $135,000. The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and factors including job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
