Job Description

Oversee day-to-day site operations for ADU and single-family residential projects as superintendent. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant jobsite. Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and field staff. Troubleshoot and resolve site issues as they arise.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in single-family or ADU projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes. Bilingual English / Spanish a plus, but not required.
