In this pivotal role, you'll lead the company's sales engine , building meaningful partnerships with colleges and universities that depend on timely, accurate, and professional service. What You’ll Do

• Lead the full sales and client engagement cycle from discovery through contract execution.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments, craft tailored proposals, and guide institutions toward compliance-driven solutions.
• Generate and convert leads through strategic marketing and targeted outreach to higher education institutions.
• Oversee new client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions from proposal to production.
• Collaborate across divisions to optimize consultant allocation, proposal development, and contract management.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to refine messaging and sustain growth.
