Job descriptionJoin an established group of ~13 physicians and 25 CRNA’s Predominant model is medical direction Opportunity for solo work Patient safety and quality are top priorities with meaningful staffing ratios of 1 : 2 / 1 : 3 Full spectrum case mix and diverse patient population EMR-EPIC Call generally 3-4 per month with post call day off Nocturnist support to help reduce number of overnight shifts Opportunity to teach SRNA’s, medical students & medicine and surgery residents Group Employed Model Salary $600K. This compensation represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standard. Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws. Sign-On Bonus up to $200K Shift Based Model equivalent to 10+ weeks of paid time off per year Visa Sponsorship Available - J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome to apply MD, DO or MBBS Board Eligible or Board Certified NYS Licensure BLS / ACLS / PALS Certification Required DEA Required
