Cream Co. Meats is looking for an Operations & Project Manager to help keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting our Chief Operating Officer and executive team in driving cross-departmental initiatives, improving workflows, and ensuring operational excellence every day.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong follow-through — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving problems, and can translate big ideas into well-executed plans.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary on-site partner to the COO, helping coordinate priorities and ensure accountability across departments.
- Manage key operational projects, meetings, and follow-ups with clear communication and documentation.
- Oversee purchasing, logistics, and vendor coordination to keep daily operations on track.
- Lead or support company-wide projects — from system rollouts to process improvements.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership.
- Help identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement.
- Assist with internal communications, onboarding logistics, and operational documentation.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or executive-level support.Exceptional organization, communication, and documentation skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and professionalism.Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tracking and reporting.Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain a plus.Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.Compensation : $80,000-$90,000 DEO
