Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Document support interactions and maintain knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a help desk or technical support role
Familiarity with operating systems and common software applications
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
