Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for multiple Consumer Banking products and help craft the direction of the Consumer Banking business as a whole. These products include personal loans, auto loans, credit cards, deposit accounts, and home equity lines of credit, in addition to key underlying services like decisioning, identity, and fulfillment. Product Marketing responsibilities include both outbound positioning, messaging, pricing / packaging, launch management, and sales enablement, as well as inbound assessment of customer, market, and competitive dynamics to support product teams in defining product strategy.
You will be joining a team of highly collaborative, self-starters, always interested in learning, innovating, and continuously improving. Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing is required.

Who You Are :
To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. For full time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position is between $142,000 - $167,000. The stated base pay range would generally increase 10% for candidates in CA / NY and be reduced 5% for candidates outside of CO, IL, MA, TX, VA, WA, and DC. Beyond base pay, Blend benefits and perks are described below.
Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
