Overall Responsibility :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. You will generate leads, nurture potential clients, and assist them through the approval process to do business with us. This role combines lead generation with client approval support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Learn and understand the mortgage lending industry;
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients;
  • Work with an experienced team to learn and apply lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking;
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs and educate them about our products and services;
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients;
  • Assist clients in navigating the application and approval process;
  • Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM system;
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and mortgage regulations to position our company effectively.

Qualifications

  • Interest in a career in sales and mortgage lending;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry;
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team;
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and drive to succeed.
