Patient Access Representative

A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients, verify demographics, and manage registration processes

Coordinate and schedule appointments, referrals, and interpreter services

Perform additional duties including chart preparation, patient financial assistance, and managing office tasks

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education is helpful

One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting

Medical terminology knowledge is beneficial; customer service experience is essential

Six months of customer service experience desired

May require BLS certification for certain locations and / or settings
