Eagle is looking for a motivated IT Director to direct, plan and implement all technology components of the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify technology needs and make recommendations to leadership
• Maintain the company’s hardware and software programs
• Develop policies for managing the IT infrastructure
• Handle technology updates and train employees on these updates
• Configure new employee systems including laptops
• Manage inventory of company hardware / software
• Manage upgrades, installations and maintenance of company systems
• Make sure the systems are secure
• Conduct phishing training to employees
• Follow up with reported issues to ensure they are resolved

Salary Range : 160-175k

Location : This position is based at our headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, with occasional travel as needed.
