We are currently seeking an Enrollment Coordinator that thrives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, extremely organized, and possesses a strong work ethic with excellent communication skills. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will need to have strong management skills to support a diverse sales team. This role is comprised of several core elements to support the management of the enrollment team. This role can be onsite or remote.

How youll make an impact

The main responsibility of this role is to provide strategic support to the Enrollment Experience Manager in an ever-growing and changing book of business. This will require the incumbent to possess broad-based benefits enrollment knowledge, collaborate well with field and home office partners including clear and concise communication on objectives and plans. Support all aspects of project-based and field-based needs. Ensures quality enrollment and compliance controls have been met as directed. This includes but is not limited to :

  • Support in schedule resolution.
  • Engage with high-level solutions that develop continuously.
  • Assisting with recruiting, on-boarding, and documentation of performance.
  • Support training needs and assist with on-going documentation of training processes and compliance requirements.
  • Auditing and tracking revenue trends.
  • Reporting.
  • Support multiple on-going projects.
  • Support technology troubleshooting for Benefit Counselor team.
  • Able to support enrollments in the field as needed.
  • Travel requirements : 15-20% or as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About you

Required :

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years related experience required.
  • Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends.
  • Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Must possess or be able to secure a Life, Health and Long-Term Care License.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Preferred :

  • Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources to address client challenges.
  • Required to have strong technical skills and knowledge of enrollment platforms, MS suite, scheduling tools and other project management tools.
  • Can effectively manage unrelated tasks on a rolling basis.
  • Proven sales experience with 5+ years experience.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented.
