Number of Staff- 40

Type of staff : Day Shift- 1 Charge 6 RNs 3 CNAs 1 HUC. Night Shift- 1 Charge 6 RNs 2 CNAs 1 HUC

Patient Ratios : 5 : 1, 6 : 1 stretch day shift 7 : 1 stretch night shift

Type of equipment : Standard Med Surge Equipment

EMR- Cerner

List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Foley insertion IV start

Requirements : Must have : NIH ACLS

Preferred or nice to have : Neuro experience

Best personality Fit : Outgoing, self-motivated

Floating Area(s) : Other med surge floors

Dress Code : Navy Blue

Weekends and on call (if any) : Every other weekend.
