Front Office Specialist
Location : North Fresno
Are you an experienced front office professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Were looking for a Front Office Specialist to join our team in North Fresno!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handle scheduling and coordinate appointments
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
- Verify insurance information and process claims
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize medical terminology in daily interactions
Qualifications
Compensation
$18 - $20 / hour DOE
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
