• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state\n
• Minimum 3 years of recent CVOR nursing experience (scrub and circulate roles required)\n
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and operating room protocols\n
• Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n\nCVOR Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, prioritizing patient safety and positive outcomes\n
• Scrub and circulate for a range of cardiovascular surgeries as a CVOR RN\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to provide high-quality healthcare\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies and healthcare standards\n
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and care planning\n
