Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in social work (MSW)

3 + years in social work (preferably in primary care, outpatient, or hospital settings)

CPR Certification (American Red Cross or AHA)

Strong patient advocacy, case management, and collaboration abilities
