Responsibilities

  • Provide development and support of systems related to the Supply Chain Division, function and logistical operation.
  • Provide technical expertise to all levels of users on software systems, required and related to all functions of CSCA.
  • Maintain relationships between applications and databases for supply chain systems; collaborate with IS to ensure servers and interfaces are running properly.
  • Demonstrate or develop oversight, understanding and proficiency to work in required software, hardware, and appropriate databases, including integration of all Supply Chain Systems with Inventory and Finance modules.
  • Provide functional support regarding technology features and reporting; facilitate introduction of new / updated automated technologies and installation of service packs as required.
  • Work independently and support organization policies, programs, guidelines and procedures related to the function, hardware, software and related systems (e.g., item master and inventory systems).
  • Generate monthly and ad hoc reports for Purchasing, Receiving and Distribution, Accounts Payable and Finance; analyze issues and recommend improvements to systems, hardware or equipment.
  • Create training material and provide education on supply chain applications; tailor training to the trainee\'s level and experience.
  • Troubleshoot problems with customers and ensure successful resolution.
  • Act as an active member of project teams involved in supply chain system activities; communicate with project members and follow through on problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Required Experience : 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in a healthcare and / or supply chain management field or IT software related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. Knowledge of supply chain concepts, ERP systems, materials management software, or operating systems is a plus. In-depth knowledge of automated spreadsheets, word processing, databases, statistics, and Windows-based PC skills.
  • Required Education : High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and Information Services is preferred.
  • Salary and Benefits

    Annual Salary : $61,337 - $97,888. The actual salary / rate will vary based on experience as well as internal equity and market data.
