Program Management Analyst
As an analyst on the Program Management team you will help support Global Corporate Banking Analyst & Associate Programs in the US and internationally. Our Programs are aimed at developing a future pipeline of banker talent. In addition to assisting Resource Managers in day-to-day management responsibilities, you will also collaborate with specialists in Human Resources, Finance and Business Management, and Business Operations to successfully deliver a best in-class program experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the global business strategy for the Global Corporate Banking Analyst & Associate Programs, supporting the Global Program Manager, National and International Resource Managers.
- Assist in all aspects of program management, including, but not limited to: recruiting, performance evaluations, engagement, internship, training, and logistics & planning.
- Support the delivery and analysis of firmwide initiatives for analysts and associates.
- Prepare communications to constituents and stakeholders.
- Support HR, resource managers and senior leaders on driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives at the firm.
- Support the campus recruiting team to attract, develop, and retain a diverse pipeline of junior talent who can efficiently and effectively deliver results.
- Support training teams to coordinate new hire training and ongoing learning for the interns, analysts, and associates.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- One year of banking, finance, communications or human resources experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with colleagues at all levels and across Banking, Risk, Treasury, Human Resources, and Finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and escalate, as appropriate
- Proven ability and desire to learn quickly, be flexible
- Operate effectively under pressure; able to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and present fact-based summaries and reports with Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Disciplined time management skills with ability to prioritize competing priorities
- Understand and consider various business needs for consistent solutions
- Sound judgment in dealing with large amounts of confidential/sensitive information
