About The Role
As an M&A Advisor, you'll own and manage a book of deals that range in size from $100K to $10M+. You'll work with owners on listing strategy, offer negotiations, deal structuring, and diligence. Our advisors service small business acquisitions with the same level of sophistication as sell-side investment banks, while also providing a world class experience for owners who are likely going through their first ever exit. Lastly, as an advisor you will partner closely with our executive team, sales team, and product team to create winning and scalable systems that power Baton's growth.
