Responsibilities : Patient Care :

Diagnose and treat medical illnesses.

• Provide preventive care, including annual checkups and health risk assessments.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate hospital care as needed.

Collaboration :

Work collaboratively with colleagues and Advanced Practice Providers.

Community Engagement :

Develop strong ties with patients and the local community.

What You Can Expect :

Schedule :

36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative work.

Flexible Schedule :

Includes one evening per week until 6 : 30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8 : 00 a.m. to 12 : 00 p.m.

Practice Hours :

Monday Friday, with variations by day, and Saturday from 8 : 00 a.m. 12 : 00 p.m.

Average Outpatient Volume :

18 - 21 patients per day.
