Online Survey Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Online Survey Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, distributing, collecting, and analyzing online surveys to gather actionable insights that support our business objectives. This role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and create online surveys using approved survey platforms and tools.

Distribute surveys to target audiences and manage respondent databases.

Monitor survey progress, response rates, and ensure data quality and completeness.

Analyze survey data and generate comprehensive reports and actionable insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand survey requirements and objectives.

Ensure survey methodologies meet company and industry standards for validity and reliability.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all collected data.

Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.

Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in survey research.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

1+ year of experience in survey design, data collection, or market research.

Proficiency in online survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms).

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US.

Compensation and Benefits :

Annual Salary : $38,000 - $48,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
