As an Executive Recruiter, you will be a trusted partner with our GTM, GA, Product, Engineering and Design leadership in hiring for our leadership roles, focusing on job scoping, executive alignment, candidate sourcing, and closing. We are building a truly unique, global company and as such, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of roles./ppThis role is based in San Francisco./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliPartner with senior executives to define strategic hiring needs and develop candidate profiles/liliUtilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executive talent/liliServe as a thought partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process/liliLead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance/liliProvide a consistently positive candidate experience by building trusted relationships with candidates/liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and goals/liliContribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices/li/ulh3Minimum qualifications:/h3ulli10+ years of experience in recruitment, hiring senior-level talent (VP or C-level) in a fast-paced, growth stage environment/liliStrong ability to ramp up on new domains in a short period of time/liliProven track record of successfully recruiting and closing candidates across various domains/liliStrong collaboration and influencing skills/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/li/ulpstrongPreferred qualifications:/strong/pulliDemonstrated proficiency hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design (PED) roles/li/ulh2Equal opportunity/h2pAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
