Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining profitability. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise all staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maintain profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business goals.
Qualifications :
