Job descriptionFlexible 1012 hour morning (8AM8PM) and overnight (8PM8AM) shifts Immediate start with full-time and part-time opportunities $150 referral bonus for every successful hire you refer Overtime & holiday pay (time and a half!) Complimentary certified caregiver training Recognition and rewards for exceptional service (gift certificates for 5-star client reviews!) Opportunities for career growth in a supportive, collaborative environment Assist clients with personal care : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Provide safe supervision and transfers Keep homes clean with light housekeeping Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior Offer companionship and emotional support Minimum of 1 year experience in home care or facility care Dependable, with the ability to work 12-hour shifts Excellent communication skills for updating families and office staff A genuine desire to help others
