Job descriptionPhone reimbursement High Mileage reimbursement Monthly gas stipend Drive time reimbursement Partial mileage and drive time reimbursement for working with clients out of your region Team building events PTO Medical insurance 401(K) Employer match Hourly rate (Depending on experience and work performance) : BT : $20 - $27 RBT : $27 - $33 MA level RBT / Program Supervisor : $33 - $40 (depending on experience) Provide one-on-one behavioral services for children with ASD or related disorders to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings while maintaining confidentiality of the person served based on the FBA and progress reports of the person served. They will utilize evidence-based interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis; model appropriate behavior techniques to primary caregivers; encourage caregiver’s participation; Take behavioral (e.g. frequency, duration, latency, time sampling) and program data every session. Upload data at the end of sessions to the One-drive Obtain parent signature after each session on time sheets Respond to emails within 24 hours on business days Redirect family to correct person (administrator, scheduler, supervisor, and consultant) when questions are out of your scope of expertise. Cover hours during the hours you agreed to be available Must have reliable transportation No major incidents / convictions Have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent Pass a criminal background clearance (Live Scan) Pass Health TB clearance Full-time positions available after initial probationary period Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo FV, HB, Costa Mesa, Irvine Anaheim, GG, Stanton Fullerton, Buena Park, Brea

Milestones Behavioral Care is currently seeking passionate and self-motivated individuals to be behavioral technicians or registered behavioral technicians who share our values. We provide on-going training and support so you can be successful and confident when working with our families. If you share the same desire and passion to help those affected by ASD, we would love for you to join our team!
As a behavioral technician or registered behavioral technician, therapy sessions will take place in the home of the persons served, community (e.g. daycare, schools), and via telehealth.
