Position : Project Manager – Service Location : Southwest Atlanta, GA Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM Pay Rate : $46–$50 / hour Experience Required : 3–5 years of construction project management experience Key Skills Strong communication abilities Highly organized Thrives in a fast-paced environment Job Summary The Project Manager – Service is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing projects of varying complexity and size within the assigned functional area. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple projects from inception to completion. Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Establish project performance goals, develop timelines, and monitor progress. Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining consistent communication with team members. Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and contribute to project design and development. Manage project risks and apply quality tools to identify and address potential issues. Document and share best practices and lessons learned with other teams. Maintain accurate project notes, databases, and records. Communicate project status updates to sponsors and stakeholders. Assign appropriate resources and guide team members throughout the project lifecycle. Provide coaching and developmental feedback to project team members.
