Position Overview
This position can be based in Denver, CO; Ashburn, VA; London, UK in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days in office, 2 remote). This position is also open to remote in the U.S.
As the Global Compensation Program Advisor, you will be a key contributor to Vantage's global compensation
strategy by driving employee understanding and engagement with our compensation philosophy, programs, and
policies. In this role, you will lead efforts to communicate and educate employees and people - leaders across all
regions, ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment with our total rewards approach.
