Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations for ground-up commercial and multi-family projects.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality control.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and owners to maintain project momentum.
• Lead daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure timely execution of work.
• Maintain site documentation and reporting using Procore and Bluebeam.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the master project schedule using Microsoft Project.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for owners, architects, and inspectors.
• Enforce compliance with all job site safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor costs, address delays or changes, and communicate updates to internal teams.
