Commercial Multi-Family Lead Superintendent

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily onsite operations for ground-up commercial and multi-family projects.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality control.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and owners to maintain project momentum.
- Lead daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure timely execution of work.
- Maintain site documentation and reporting using Procore and Bluebeam.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the master project schedule using Microsoft Project.
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for owners, architects, and inspectors.
- Enforce compliance with all job site safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor costs, address delays or changes, and communicate updates to internal teams.

The Successful Applicant
Successful Candidate Profile
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent on commercial and / or multi-family construction projects.Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam .Strong ability to assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed master schedules.Proven leadership managing field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.Client-facing with a professional demeanor and ability to represent the company with integrity.Deep understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and best safety practices.OSHA 30 certification preferred.Ability to travel to job sites across Michigan as needed.What's on Offer
